Early starts to days ending in late nights.

This must be the life of a student.

I don’t understand why my sleeping pattern is so effed. I had a banging headache all day and now when I try to sleep I manage to distract myself somehow.

I think I need a remedy for sleep. Any tips?

I always seem to find myself lying here thinking of the things that I should be doing instead of actually doing them…

  1. well this is what i have been told – warm milk before bed is supposed to do something with a body’s chemistry to induce sleep. not to drink or eat anything with caffeine after 1pm-2pm, which I guess depends on what time you want to sleep. do not exercise too close to when you plan on going to bed… I know there are more but this is all i can think of right now:) oh – herbal tea – chamomile.
